Hemp Pesto Aioli
2 cups preferred mayo
1 cup fresh basil
1/4th cup hemp hearts
1 tsp. sriracha for added kick
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice (to help with preserving)
Blend ingredients together and refrigerate.

Hemp Chili Recipe
8-16 ounces of Hemp Way Foods Hemp Burger Crumbles (depending on desired hemp burger crumble thickness)
1 can (24 oz.) organic fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 can (24 oz.) organic fire roasted tomato sauce
4 oz. organic tomato paste
2 medium sliced yellow squash
2 medium sliced zucchini squash
2 medium sliced bell peppers
1 medium sliced red onion
1 can (12 oz.) organic black beans
1 can (12 oz.) organic pinto beans
1 can (12 oz.) organic navy beans
1 can (6 oz.) green chilies
1 tbsp. Cumin
1 tbsp. Oregano
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Or you can use 1 cup (the above beans) dried beans soaked in water for 24 hours and added to tomato base.
Add all ingredients EXCEPT THE HEMP BURGER CRUMBLES in a large pot and cook for 2 hours on medium. Add the Hemp Burger Crumbles once the tomato and vegetable base has cooked. Cook on low with a lid for 30 minutes.
Hemp Hummus Recipe
2 cups Hemp Way Foods Hemp Burger Crumbles
1/2 cup mayo of choice
1 tsp. sriracha (for added spice)
1 medium roasted beet for added color.
Blend together and chill one hour. Adjust mayo to desired thickness.
Add 4oz green chilies for an extra kick.
For stuffed mushrooms or jalapeno poppers cook at 350 for 20 minutes.
Great for dips, tortilla wraps/pinwheels, piped on a cucumber and so much more.
